Regression: 'CHANGE' button under 'Downloads' section of chrome://md-settings appear chopped.

Chrome Version: 56.0.2913.3 (Official Build) Revision 73b634e02bc2c01f2142a3797fd1d7be2f23fd97-refs/branch-heads/2913@{#4} 64 Bit.
OS:  Mac (10.10.5, 10.11.4)

Steps:
1. Launch chrome, navigate to chrome://md-settings and set 'Page Zoom' to 25%.
2. Click on 'Advanced', scroll down the page and observe the 'CHANGE' button under 'Downloads' section.

Actual: 'CHANGE' button appear chopped.

Expected: 'CHANGE' button should be properly seen.

This is a regression issue seen from M-55, will soon update the other info.

Manual Regression range:
Good Build: 55.0.2846.0
Bad Build: 55.0.2847.0

Note: Issue is Mac specific, not reproducible in Windows and Linux OS.

Using the per-revision bisect providing the bisect results,
Good build:55.0.2846.0(Revision: 415833).
Bad build: 55.0.2847.0 (Revision:416149).

You are probably looking for a change made after 416116 (known good), but no later than 416117 (first known bad).

The script might not always return single CL as suspect as some perf builds might get missing due to failure.

Tested this issue in Mac 10.11.6 using latest canary #56.0.2923.0.

Observed that 'CHANGE' button appeared out of the "search settings" layout. This behavior is bit different from the screenshot "actual.png" as provided in the comment #0. This is still a bad behavior.

Attached the screenshot for reference.

Just to  update the latest behavior, Issue is still able to reproduce it on Mac OS 10.12 using chrome latest Beta #55.0.2883.59.

This button has changed recently and this issue no longer appears. Marking wontFix since it no longer repros.
