Reader mode sometimes shows days-old version of web page

Issue description

1. Go to daringfileball.net
2. Hit "Make page mobile friendly"

In reader mode, the contents of the page are the contents of the page from several days ago, the current content isn't visible.

I can reproduce this today, on Chrome 62.
