encrypted video plays wrong frame glitch

Go to the above link and click the link to the right of "Video". This is a recorded video of the output of Chrome playing.

The video plays the wrong frame at around 4.5 seconds. (It is a very short problem. try playing the video at 25% speed to make sure you catch it.)

The glitch happens exactly when the fullscreen message fades. This is probably the same flicker as is commonly reported when entering the lowest power mode.
