Unable to reproduce with OSX 10.12.2 Beta2 (16C61b) on Intel "Iris Pro" and "HD Graphics 515" GPU. I think it has been fixed by the Beta2 update.

Persists on macOS 10.12.4 beta 2 (16E154a), HD 6000. BTW, this is in WebGL 2.0.1, not 2.0.0. (It was disabled in 2.0.0.)
