Can we expect Web Bluetooth to appear on Windows anytime? The code base is there (see https://github.com/urish/web-bluetooth-polyfill), so it should not be an issue to actually implement it, at least for Windows 10 as of March 2017 and up.

More support for Web Bluetooth has been added on Windows.  If you enable chrome://flags/#enable-experimental-web-platform-features, and pair with a device through the Windows Bluetooth device settings menu, you should be able to connect to a device and do GATT reads/writes.

We don't currently have a projected date for enabling Web Bluetooth on Windows by default.
