Some DIAL devices do not support stopping an app via DIAL. In those cases they would advertise allowStop = false in response for the GET XHR for the app url. We can plumb this information back to MR and decide whether to show the stop button in the UI.

An additional consideration, however, is that certain sites support stopping the app via other means, so it might still make sense to show the stop button in that case.
