can you verify that this is fixed in the November 16th canary?

Adding the right Milestone to this bug

QR Scanner works fine after Fresh install and launching for the first time.
Verified on iPhone5c, iPhone6s, iPhone7, iPad Pro
iOS: 9.3.5, 10.1, 10.2 beta
Build: M56.0.2923.0 canary
