Feature Request: Add a way to switch back to PolyGerrit UI

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Look at a CL in polygerrit (e.g. https://skia-review.googlesource.com/c/4459/)
(2) Click the link at the bottom that says "GWT UI"
(3) Now switch back to PolyGerrit UI

What is the expected result?
A link that lets me return to PolyGerrit UI

What happens instead?
I don't see a link, but rmistry@ sent me a workaround - go to https://skia-review.googlesource.com/?polygerrit=1

(There's also an extension that works sometimes here: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/gerrit-ui-switcher/fdjpjnlhaohkkbjnglcfehbmcmpojklf)

There is a link in the footer of the GWT UI which says "PolyGerrit", which will take you back to the polygerrit UI.
