My CL should have been dead code (though I'll admit it's the biggest icky looking one in that range). Peter/Bret, does this look familiar?

Looking closely at the videos, the issue is that in the "expected" case, the dialog title starts "The page" and in the "actual case it starts "An embedded page". The longer string in the second case causes the title to wrap to two lines, which the dialog isn't taking into account when sizing. Things to check: * Why did the title change? What's the correct behavior? * Should the dialog have tried to size itself wider to avoid wrapping? (In the limit, this will still be unsuccessful, so this alone is not a complete fix.) * Is the sizing problem something related to miscalculating the initial size, or is it related to not resizing properly later after we decide to change the title size?

The dev team had a look. Comment 4 summarizes it. There's no need to try to keep reproducing or ask for more looks. What's needed is for someone on the UI team to tackle this. ->P2
