please add Tibetan Syllable dictionary (hunspell-bo)

Please include the hunspell files for Tibetan at

What is the expected behavior?

(not sure what to put in this input form)

This means that Tibetan is currently not a supported language by the product for localization. Hence, we couldn't consider the request at this moment.
