Regression: [Devtools]Header of chrome://md-settings is not seen properly in print preview.

Issue descriptionChrome Version: 56.0.2912.0 (Official Build)817f8b49ade74a199d0c83d11a7befb89e1a0ba5-refs/heads/master@{#430205}-32/64-bit. OS: Windows(7,8,10), Mac(10.10.5, 10.11.4), Linux(14.04 LTS). Steps: 1. Launch Chrome and navigate to chrome://md-settings, open devtools(F12) 2. Click on toggle device toolbar icon and give print command 3. Check 'Background graphics' in More setting of print preview and observe Actual: Weird overlapping is seen in print preview for header area of chrome://md-setting page i.e overlapping of search and main menu icon is seen. Expected: Header area of chrome://md-settings page should be seen properly in print preview. This is a regression issue broken in M-55, will soon update the bisect info. Good build: 55.0.2876.0 Bad build: 55.0.2878.0

Issue is still reproduced on Windows-10, Mac 10.11.6 and Ubuntu 14.04 using latest canary #56.0.2922.0. dbeam@ - Gentle Ping..!! Could you please have a look into this issue. Thanks...!!

Just to update the latest behavior, Issue is still able to reproduce it on Ubuntu 14.04 using chrome latest Beta #55.0.2883.59. dbeam@ Can we get any latest update on this issue? Since this issue is marked as P1 for M55 and it will be pushed to stable soon. Thanks!
