Rendered opacity affected by outline and transform:translate3d()

     Safari: 9.1.3 (9537.86.7.8) OK
    Firefox: 4902 OK

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Element with outline style
(2) Child with transform:translate3d style.
(3) Set opacity style on element with outline.
(4) Rendered opacity is incorrect.

What is the expected result?
Opacity should not be affected by addition of outline and translate3d


What happens instead?
Opacity is affected.

possible.

Using the per-revision bisect providing the bisect results,
Good build:54.0.2835.0(Revision:413350).
Bad build:54.0.2837.0 (Revision:413618).

You are probably looking for a change made after 413544 (known good), but no later than 413545 (first known bad).

The script might not always return single CL as suspect as some perf builds might get missing due to failure.
