Issue descriptionChrome Version : 54.0.2840.71 URLs (if applicable) : https://jsfiddle.net/h9cz82kw/ Other browsers tested: Safari: 9.1.3 (9537.86.7.8) OK Firefox: 4902 OK IE: What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) Element with outline style (2) Child with transform:translate3d style. (3) Set opacity style on element with outline. (4) Rendered opacity is incorrect. What is the expected result? Opacity should not be affected by addition of outline and translate3d What happens instead? Opacity is affected. Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if possible. In the screenshot, Chrome is on the right.
