Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/54.0.2840.87 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Set Windows taskbar to be vertical and on the left side. 2. Take note of the Chrome window position in a normal state (non-maximized). 3. Maximize Chrome window. 4. Close Chrome from the maximized position. 5. Start Chrome. 6. Return Chrome Window to a non-maximized state. 7. Chrome Window has shifted to the right. What is the expected behavior? Chrome Window should retain its original non-maximized state position. What went wrong? Chrome Window non-maximized position shifts to the right each time the browser is closed from a maximized state. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 54.0.2840.87 Channel: stable OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 23.0 r0 This bug is old and has persisted back from when I was using Windows 7. When the taskbar is vertical but on the right side, behavior is normal.
