md-settings move horizontally when scrolling via touchpad

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/56.0.2906.0 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Go to settings
2. Scroll with two fingers on the mousepad
3. On moving slightly left/right, the content moves a couple of pixels

What is the expected behavior?
