Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/54.0.2840.71 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: Extensions are many, they are all connected by the code differently. I am the first Russian developer for extensions for browsers. What is the expected behavior? What went wrong? I did not understand the question Did this work before? N/A Does this work in other browsers? No I know about the companies and the people who make the extension, and then stick to monetize. They replace advertisements on websites. First achieve 100,000 units, then clean with the expansion of the store, and stick to the code. There is also an automated system that updates a spreading code, if it is already installed. There are extensions that using google TAGS insert ads on websites. Chrome version: 54.0.2840.71 Channel: stable OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2) Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 23.0 r0

This does not look like a bug in Chromium. If you have concerns about extensions abusing the developer policies https://developer.chrome.com/webstore/program_policies I suggest you use the "Report Abuse" on the extension page.
