Tested on Windows 10 using chrome canary M56 #56.0.2912.0 .

Observed the similar behavior of the attached html (comment #0)in Chrome canary and firefox.

Could you please provide us the expected behavior in detail , if possible a screenshot, that would help us in triaging the issue better.
