Youtube videos stop playing on visit other pages

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/56.0.2906.0 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Play some random youtube video/music
2. Switch to another tab (like twitter)
3. Scroll down the page until you encounter a video which has auto-play enabled

What is the expected behavior?
Youtube video should continue to play

What went wrong?
Youtube video stops playing; while the video on twitter starts

Did this work before? Yes 

Chrome version: 56.0.2906.0  Channel: dev
OS Version: Ubuntu 14.04
Flash Version: N/A

Unable to reproduce the issue on Linux 14.04 chrome version 56.0.2906.0 - Youtube continues to play on switching to facebook.com

Could you please try the same on a new profile and let us know if issue still exists

this should be reproducable with: https://twitter.com/pottermore/status/796880623306735616 and https://www.youtube.com/user/Google

I've added a video with some reproduction, same holds for the normal twitter feed, not just views of individual posts

Tested on ubuntu 14.04 using chrome latest dev M57 #57.0.2950.4 and reported version ,unable to reproduce the issue.

Attached screencast for reference.

@vanantwerpenjeroen-- Could you please check with the latest chrome dev or canary versions and write us with your observations.
