Issue description

"WebUIWebViewBrowserTest.ContentScriptExistsAsLongAsWebViewTagExists" is flaky.

This issue was created automatically by the chromium-try-flakes app. Please find the right owner to fix the respective test/step and assign this issue to them. If the step/test is infrastructure-related, please add Infra-Troopers label and change issue status to Untriaged. Disable WebUIWebViewBrowserTest.ContentScriptExistsAsLongAsWebViewTagExists on CrOS

The test is flaky on CrOS trybots.

This is almost a year old and there was no follow up to fix the tests :(

It is also not clear what builder this was flaky on?

They are running locally, I am going to re-enable them and keep an eye on them as part of issue 751907.
