Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_11_6) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/54.0.2840.87 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Open the HTML file 2. Hover over any of the car images What is the expected behavior? When hovered, the car image opacity should animate smoothly until the animation is finished. What went wrong? The car image opacity appears to drops below the set 0.75 value and then snaps back suddenly. Did this work before? N/A Does this work in other browsers? Yes Chrome version: 54.0.2840.87 Channel: stable OS Version: OS X 10.11.6 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 23.0 r0 This only occurs when there is pseudo-content on the <a> and it has an animated transform property. Other browsers including Firefox, Safari, and Internet Explorer do not have the opacity issue.
