What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Install Day-O (http://shauninman.com/archive/2011/10/20/day_o_mac_menu_bar_clock)
(2) Focus Chrome
(3) Click Day-O in menubar to open it

What is the expected result?

Day-O retains focus

What happens instead?

Chrome steals focus, causing Day-O to close
