Remove chrome://bookmarks from supported URLs on iOS

Bookmarks is a native feature and doesn't need a URL. It is not currently supported on iPhone, though it does open the NTP on the bookmarks tab on iPad. Removing it would help clean up and make it easier to maintain (a) native controller loading (b) the chrome URLs page (c) WebUI tests.

This has been fixed chrome://bookmarks doesn't do anything.
