Issue descriptionVersion: 56.0.2909.0 OS: Ubuntu 14.04, Windows What steps will reproduce the problem? (1)Launch Chrome and go to Chrome Web Store page (https://chrome.google.com/webstore?utm_source=chrome-ntp-icon) (2)Zoom the page upto 175% and observe the horizontal and vertical scroll bars. Expected: Scroll bars shouldn't be zoomed in when the page is zoomed. Actual: Instead, scroll bars are also getting zoomed. This is Regression issue broken in M-40. Will provide bisect soon. The scrollbar here is custom-scrollbar and it is created based on the CSS mentioned and its part of the page. So when ever page zooms, scrollbar also zooms as scrollbar is part of the page. This is expected behavior.

Agree with #4, custom scrollbar dimensions are in CSS pixels so they should grow with page zoom. If the bisect is correct it sounds like we were just failing to trigger the style recalc before. |
