EV certificate not part of Chrome in Android

Issue description

Chrome Version       : Chrome 54.0.2840.68 (Android 5.1.1)
URLs (if applicable) : forum.atlantis.kpn
Other browsers tested: Chrome 54.0.2840.71 (Windows) OK
  Add OK or FAIL, along with the version, after other browsers where you
have tested this issue:
     Safari:10.0.1 (Mac OSX)OK
    Firefox:49.0.2 (Windows) OK
         EDGE:38.14393.0.0 (Windows) OK
           IE: 11.311 (windows) OK

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Go to URL: forum.atlantis.kpn

What is the expected result?
Browser should accept certificate. (Valid EV Cert)
Staat der Nederlanden EV Root CA

What happens instead?
Browser claims certificate not valid. NET::ERR_CERT_AUTHORITHY_INVALID

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.

Thanks for your report! When we tried navigating to forum.atlantis.kpn , it is asking for credentials? Please provide us a way to repro the issue for further triaging.
