Regression : Weird behavior is seen while deleting an account details using 'Enter' key in chrome://md-settings/accounts

Pre-Condition : Add second User

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign into User of Parent account->Go to chrome://md-settings/accounts->Check 'Restrict sign-in to the following users' checkbox 
(2)Now click on tab button until focus is seen on close icon of second User->Now click on 'Enter' button from keyboard and observe(Please refer Video)

Expected: User should get removed on clicking close icon through Enter button 
Actual: Instead weird behavior is seen 

This is Regression Issue as same is working fine in chrome://settings page

I was able to reproduce this once, but only once.

Does it reproduce consistently for you using the above directions?

Removing the milestone label, because there's not a specific milestone deadline.

I can not reproduce it either. I suspect it may have been fixed along with some of the other recent keyboard focus issues.
