Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/54.0.2840.71 Safari/537.36 Example URL: https://s.codepen.io/nory/debug/YpKqjm Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Go to https://s.codepen.io/nory/debug/YpKqjm 2. Observe the output. What is the expected behavior? SVG/text should be displayed the same as HTML/span. What went wrong? When contents of SVG <text> includes Variation Selector and its letter-spacing is not "normal", the Variation Selector is ignored. Normal glyph (not a variation) is shown. And letter-spacing is wrong. For IVS, small spacing becomes smaller, large spacing becomes larger. For SVS, it seems spacing is doubled. Does it occur on multiple sites: N/A Is it a problem with a plugin? N/A Did this work before? N/A Does this work in other browsers? Yes Chrome version: 54.0.2840.71 Channel: n/a OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 23.0 r0 IE11 and Edge renders this as expected. Firefox does not support letter-spacing in SVG.
