Regression: Browser crash is seen on clicking "View reported settings" in chrome://md-settings/resetProfileSettings

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/56.0.2908.0 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Launch chrome>>Navigate to chrome://md-settings/resetProfileSettings >> Now click on RESET then click on View reported settings.

What is the expected behavior?
No crash

What went wrong?
Crash

Chrome version: 56.0.2908.0  Channel: canary
OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2)

Tested the issue on Latest Canary# 56.0.2909.0 and could not reproduce.
@chromium.khalil -- Could you please re-check on latest Canary and update the issue.
Please provide us the the Server ID from the Crash generated, which would help us triaging the issue.
