Create FAFT smoke suite and trigger it on pre-cq for firmware related CLs

FAFT smoke suite has a small set of FAFT test and runs fast.

First to run the smoke suite on ToT regularly to verify recent boards working. Then enable trigger it running on pre-cq for any firmware related CLs. Mark as experimental (not blocking CLs). When working fine (reject what it should reject), switch to blockable.

faft_smoke: Create FAFT smoke suite, having 1 AP and 1 EC test

This suite runs a small set of FAFT tests (1 AP and 1 EC) and finishes
within 10mins. It is used as a smoke test in pre-CQ for any firmware
related CLs.
