Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/54.0.2840.71 Safari/537.36 Example URL: Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Play any form of audio be it music or videos. 2. 3. What is the expected behavior? Normal audio playback What went wrong? Everything has an echo to it. Did this work before? N/A Is it a problem with Flash or HTML5? N/A Does this work in other browsers? Yes Chrome version: 54.0.2840.71 Channel: stable OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 23.0 r0 Stored media does not produce an echo so it is not a computer problem. Other browsers play audio clearly with no problem. I tried removing all extensions and disabling all plugins in chrome and the echo is still there. I tried canary. I tried disabling hardware acceleration. Nothing works. I am on Windows 10.

Unable to reproduce the issue on Win10 machine. Tried playing both the YouTube & CNN videos and the audio works fine. Please upgrade to the latest Stable Build # 54.0.2840.99 available and check if you still come across the issue.
