Translated grandchild element (transform: translateZ(0)) doubles the opacity set by parent element

Reported by rich...@coalescecreate.com, Nov 3 2016

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_11_6) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/55.0.2883.35 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open the file in chrome. The top square has double the amount of opacity on it compared to the others.

What is the expected behavior?
They should all have the same opacity. 50% black

What went wrong?
The top square has double the opacity (is lighter) due to the grandchild having transform: translateZ(0) added to it.

Did this work before? N/A

Does this work in other browsers? Yes

Chrome version: 55.0.2883.35 Channel: beta
