Issue descriptionSteps to reproduce the problem: 1. Just connect to 163.com 2. After for a while, device get warm. If I take trace log, even though there is no update in window, it generate frames and composite in GPU level. What is the expected behavior? What went wrong? Because of invisible animation, browser consume energy drastically. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 55.0.2883.35 Channel: beta OS Version: 7.0 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 23.0 r0

My device is Galaxy 7 Edge(Exynos). But I think this issue can be reproduced in any android devices. And could you explain what is bugreport? Do I need to raise this issue in another site? Thanks
