Layout Test csspaint/invalidation-background-image.html is timing out.

The following layout test is timing out on Win7.

csspaint/invalidation-background-image.html

Probable cause:

An excellent question. https://test-results.appspot.com/dashboards/flakiness_dashboard.html#tests=csspaint%2Finvalidation-background-image.html&testType=webkit_tests shows that the test has always been super-slow on Windows; something random might have just pushed it over the line.

Disable csspaint/invalidation-background-image.html on Win7.

[1] shows that the test has always been super-slow on Windows; something
random might have just pushed it over the line.
