Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/54.0.2840.87 Safari/537.36

Example URL:
https://davidwalsh.name/demo/datalist.php

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Create an input with datalist
2. View on a secondary (non-primary) monitor in Chrome
3. Click on input
4. DataList appears detached from input
5. Click once again on input
6. DataList appears in correct place

What is the expected behavior?
DataList should appear as dropdown attached to input

What went wrong?
DataList appeared in wrong position

Does it occur on multiple sites: Yes

Is it a problem with a plugin? No

Did this work before? N/A

Does this work in other browsers? Yes

Chrome version: 54.0.2840.87 Channel: stable

Tested on multiple Windows 10 machines using Chrome 54, *appears* to be related to using non-primary monitor. No text scaling, same resolution as primary.

jay.zelos@, would you tell us your monitor setting? Is your primary monitor is on the left, and your secondary monitor on the right?
