Regression: Year is seen missing in the new UI of Uber tray (Expected format: Day, Date, Year)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
[1]Browse as guest or sign in to user>> go to Uber tray>> and observe

Expected: Year should also be seen in the new UI of Uber tray (Expected format: Day, Date, Year)
Actual: Instead Year is missing in the new UI of uber tray (Please find screenshot) (Actual format: Day, Date)

This is a Regression issue as (Expected format: Day, Date, Year) is seen in  M55: 55.0.2883.35/8872.35.0 beta channel Candy

@Note: Can someone from engineering please confirm whether this is an issue or intended by design
