Regression: Highlight is seen missing upon hovering on Uber tray options (i.e;Keyboard/Accessibility/Bluetooth/Network)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign in to chrome>>Go to Uber tray>>Now hover on any option(For example Accessibility) and Observe for Grey highlight.

Expected: Grey highlight should be seen upon hovering on the Uber tray options.
Actual: Instead Grey highlight is seen missing.

This is Regression issue as it is working fine in M55-55.0.2883.35/8872.35.0 Beta channel Candy.

Yes, the removal of hover is expected for M-56. Note the menu you see in this version is still a work in progress; the rows will soon have a highlight on mouse/touch down followed by a ripple on click/tap.
