Regression: Nothing is happened after hitting Enter or Spacebar on chrome://md-settings/content/cookies page.

Chrome Version:56.0.2908.0 (Official Build) e8eaccd054223465b7eb83989b161b9f5574387b-refs/heads/master@{#429486}
OS: Mac(10.11.5)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Launch chrome, navigate to chrome://md-settings/content/cookies
(2) Click on any site data link,then press Tab key upto focus reaches to Close icon
(3) Hitt Enter or Spacebar and observe.

Actual: Nothing is happened after hitting Enter or Spacebar.

Expected: After hitting Enter or Spacebar data should gets cleared.

This is a regression issue, broken in 'M-56', will soon update the other info:

Good Build: 56.0.2907.0
Bad Build: 56.0.2908.0

Note: Issue is not seen on Windows and Mac(10.10.5)

Not able to reproduce the issue on Ubuntu 14.04,Win 10.0 & Mac 10.11.6 using latest chrome version 57.0.2926.0.

rkote@ Could you please re-check this issue on latest version and update.

Issue is seems to be fixed in latest canary version  57.0.2929.4

I'm aware that hcarmona@ did some work on a11y that may have affected
(fixed) this. I'm cc'ing Hector in case he wants to weigh in on it.

I'm marking this WontFix based on comments #2, #3 and that I just tried 
it and it seems to work correctly now.
