can't shake whoever is linked on my google account' sss for the last year hacked by family member?

Issue description

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1.it doesn't matter if I get a new phone or new number or even new google  accounts within hours my pages are different APS don't work or slow if they do. settings get changed and showed out so I can't change them back etc

What is the expected behavior?
Sign in from Chicago, Texas,different IP address all day long once in a while I will get lucky and see someone else's g mail box but no mail is mine the name on the page is the same as my screen at that time. When I go to close g account it freeze s up and won't let me or if I tyy to factory reset setting is shadowed out

What went wrong?
Here is a picture of my new cricket zte grand z 3 phone Says in the settings, the problem is it has the same info as my Samsung from metro PCs g360ti
