[Feature Request] Add 'Copy link text' in Context Menu

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/54.0.2840.90 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Right-click on a link inside an HTML document

What is the expected behavior?
It should have a 'Copy link text' option.

What went wrong?
It is missing.

Did this work before? No 

Chrome version: 54.0.2840.90  Channel: stable
OS Version: Mint 18
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 23.0 r0
