Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_12_1) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/55.0.2883.35 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Click 3 dot menu What is the expected behavior? There should be a Material Design ripple effect as there is in the Windows & Linux versions What went wrong? Instead, there are just different shades of highlights on hover & click Did this work before? No Chrome version: 55.0.2883.35 Channel: beta OS Version: OS X 10.12.1 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 23.0 r0 Can I get a feedback on the priority of this issue or if there is a flag that need to be enabled to force this behaviour

Tested on Mac 10.11.6 using chrome Beta #55.0.2885.35 and issue is reproduced. Issue is seen from M52 , where "Material Design in the rest of the browser's native UI" flag is enabled. The material design UI flag is introduced from M52 and hence it is a non-regression issue. Thanks !
