Black Menu Extension

Reported by jess...@bigleap.com, Nov 2 2016

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/54.0.2840.71 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Use Black Menu extension with a second screen.
2. On the second screen, click on the black menu drop down.
3. You will see you're not allowed to click on anything.

What is the expected behavior?
The dropdown should allow you to click which creates a side popup to access the drive.

What went wrong?
As soon as I update my Chrome browser, the Black menu extension no longer works on my second and third screens and it's hindering my work. (The extension will work on my main laptop screen, though).
I've spoken with the extension developer and he recommended that I put in a bug report for Chrome.

Did this work before? N/A

Chrome version: 54.0.2840.71 Channel: n/a
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 23.0 r0

Thank you for the help!
