What steps will reproduce the problem?
1) Launch chrome, go to chrome://bluetooth-internals/ and zoom the page to 300%.
2) Observe the page header title.

‘Device table header’ get hidden on zooming in the page.

‘Device table header’ should not be hidden on zooming in the page.

This is a Non-Regression issue seen from M-56 (Chrome version: 56.0.2902.0)

Note: ‘Device table header’ in chrome://bluetooth-internals/ are introduced from #56.0.2902.0
