Remove break-word and -webkit-line-break styles from Contenteditable.

Issue description

Change description:
Blink sets break-word and -webkit-line-break by default on contenteditable containers.
However, Edge and FF don't do this.

Changes to API surface:
None.

W3C editing TF (Apple, Google. Mozilla) agree to get rid of this.
