Reported by m...@niekvandermaas.nl, Nov 2 2016

Chrome Version       : 55.0.2883.28
OS Version: OS X 10.12.0
URLs (if applicable) : https://www.abnamro.nl/nl/prive/index.html
Other browsers tested: others work fine, for example Safari and FF

Reproduce:
Browse to https://www.abnamro.nl/nl/prive/index.html on WiFi - the biggest bank in The Netherlands
Expected: page loads fine
Result:

=====
A Parser-blocking, cross-origin script, https://abnamro.tt.omtrdc.net/m2/abnamro/mbox/standard?mboxHost=www.abnamro…rrer=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.abnamro.nl%2Fnl%2Fprive%2Findex.html&mboxVersion=53, is invoked via document.write. Request was blocked by DevTools: "https://www.abnamro.nl/nl/prive/index.html".
=====

UserAgentString: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_12_0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/55.0.2883.28 Safari/537.36

chrome://flags/#disallow-doc-written-script-loads is disabled, so this cannot be the issue.

This is a DevTools bug, has no relation with document.write intervention I think.
