chooseDesktopMedia Results in No Right-Click Menu

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_12_1) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/54.0.2840.71 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Use the Opentest chrome extension (https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/openvid-screen-mic-and-ca/liecbddmkiiihnedobmlmillhodjkdmb).
2. Record a desktop recording.
3. Right click and observe the menu doesn't show up.

What is the expected behavior?
The right-click menu should show up.

What went wrong?
The right-click menu does not show up.

Does this work in other browsers? Yes

Chrome version: 54.0.2840.71  Channel: n/a
OS Version: OS X 10.12.1
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 23.0 r0

unable to reproduce the issue on Mac-10.11.6 using chrome stable version 54.0.2840.71 and latest canary-56.0.2907.0 with below steps.
1. opened chrome
2.Installed Openvid Screen Recorder extension from google store
3.Navigated to the url"Ensenapor mexico.org"
4.started recording the desktop and right-clicked .Observed the right click menu.

Please find the attached screencast and please let us know if anything missed here to reproduce the issue.

#1: I've been able to see the menu as well, but sometimes it doesn't show up. Not sure why that is - perhaps it's related to this?
