What was the last tapped button? Reload or Stop? From the video I see multiple Reload/Stop taps and it's hard to say which tap was the last.
Labels: Needs-Feedback
I was tapping both reload and stop button quickly. I believe it was reload button that causes this issue.
Status: WontFix (was: Assigned)
From the video it looks like the last tapped button was actually Stop, so it is expected that the page did not load. I tried reproducing the bug and the page does not load (as expected) if the last tapped button is stop. I did not see any issues if the last tapped button was Reload.

Please reopen if you are sure that the last tap was on stop button (and ideally update the video). Thanks!
