Issue descriptionDevice name: Nexus 5X From "Settings > About Chrome" Application version: 54.0.2840.68 Operating system: 7.0 URLs (if applicable): www.groupon.com Steps to reproduce: (1) install "Groupon - Shop Deals & Coupons" android native app (2) Settings -> apps -> Groupon -> Open by default -> Open supported links (3) select "Ask every time" (4) open "https://www.groupon.com" in android chrome (5) navigate to "featured" or "nearby" tab (6) touch on any deal (7) a pop up to ask user to select an app ( Chrome or Groupon ) to open the link (8) select Chrome with the "ALWAYS" option (9) repeat step 5 & 6 Expected result: One http request with the proper "referer" attribute in the request header Actual result: chrome actually do two http requests: 1. start but auto cancel the first one which has the "referer" in the request header 2. start the second one without "referer" in the request header
