Clean up UNKNOWN results generated by the test runner on receiving SIGTERM |

Issue descriptionTests that don't get run before SIGTERM get marked as UNKNOWN w/ no log when the test runner receives a SIGTERM. They should at least put some minimal log entry in the results JSON.
