gifs corrupted on opening the first time

  Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue:
     Safari 5:
  Firefox 4.x:
     IE 7/8/9:

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Go to a website that has a Gif (reddit.com etc)
2.start the gif if required
3.Gif for first few seconds/first run will be corrupted.

What is the expected result?
Gif will be black/blocky for first few seconds

What happens instead of that?
After being completed/few seconds have passed, gif will be restored.

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.

Unable to reproduce the issue on Windows 7 with Chrome Stable version -54.0.2840.87 & latest Canary-56.0.2907.0 with the below steps:

1.Opened URL -reddit.com
2.Clicked on 'Gif' tab
3.Play any one video
4.Able to play the video successfully
5.Play another video..etc
6.Able to play all the video's successfully without any issues.

Reporter@Please find the attached screen cast & let us know if we miss anything to reproduce the issue.
