What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Go to any site with an html select element (such as about://flags)
(2) Enter VR shell mode (with separate view for each eye)
(3) Click on a select element

What is the expected output?
Select should drown selection in each eye view.

What do you see instead?
A pop up layed out on top of the whole device (partially covering each eye view)

This happens for other input elements as well (verified with date picker and color chooser).
