Progress bar remains visible after fast back navigation

App Version (from "Chrome Settings > About Chrome"): 56.0.2900.0
iOS Version: iOS 10.0.2
Device: iPhone SE

Steps to reproduce: 
1. Search for "Cookie Tester"
2. Tap on first link
3. Tap back button

Observed behavior: 
Progress bar remains visible even after back navigation is finished

Expected behavior: 
Progress bar should be hidden
