Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/54.0.2840.71 Safari/537.36 Example URL: All sites in Chrome Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Opening Chrome. 2. 3. What is the expected behavior? Return to my old size settings What went wrong? Everything in Chrome is insanely large. My zoom setting is always at 100%, but now everything, including tabs and address bar, is huge. I did a system restore a few days ago - it made all my passwords and settings go away, but worked. Now, I am back to this huge size. Does it occur on multiple sites: Yes Is it a problem with a plugin? N/A Did this work before? N/A Does this work in other browsers? N/A Chrome version: 54.0.2840.71 Channel: stable OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 23.0 r0

Attached are two screen shots. One as Chrome currently appears (with zoom at 100%) and one with the zoom at 90% - which makes most pages appear almost normal, but tabs, address bar and bookmarks across top are still huge. Edge has always been too big and remains so. (I don't like Edge - I like Chrome) No other programs are affected. Thanks. That looks pretty much normal to me so it seems to me the complaint is that the UI in general is too big, is that right? Windows has settings to control UI size, have you tried playing with those? Perhaps that's what's changed since you did the system restore? Adding UI label as someone there might be of more help.

I have. That changes the view of all my apps/programs. Those are all currently normal.

I still have huge tabs and have to view my pages at 80% zoom. Someone reports that it looks normal, but it's not. This is never how Chrome has looked on this machine. No other programs are affected.
